Rick Panizzi

Rick has been a full-time home inspector since 1994, joining Precision Inspection Services, Inc. in 1997.  

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Rick was a remodeling and restoration contractor for 13 years.  

In addition to being a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector (#24GI00025700), Rick has also obtained the following credentials

• Building Inspector ICS & Multiple Dwelling/Inspector of Hotels License #7052

• Certified Fire Official #142644

• Licensed Radon Measurement Technician #MET10707

Doug Ramsthaler

Doug has been a full time home inspector for 14 years, joining Precision Inspection Services, Inc. in 1997.

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Doug was a remodeling contractor for 10 years.  

In addition to being a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector (#24GI00026400), Doug has the following credentials:

• Licensed Radon Measurement Technician #MET10445

• Certified Pesticide Applicator #28612

• Charter Member of NJ-ALPHI (New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors)

Dave Gauthier

Dave has been a home inspector with Precision Inspection Services  for 5 years.  In addition to being a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspection (#24GI00045000), he is a Certified Pest Control Applicator #25461B.

Dave is also a Charter Member of NJ-ALPHI (New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors).

Manish Sharma

Manish has been a home inspector with Precision Inspection Services since 2004.  Prior to becoming a home inspector Manish worked in both construction and computer information technologies. In addition to being a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspection (#24GI00068800), Manish has the following licenses and credentials:
